Hi, I'm Eduardo Salinas, I am starting in Benihana wine I was 21 year old and I started Miyato Hibachi Dallas after 15 years in the restaurant industry. What began as a weekend side gig during the pandemic has turned into a full-time business for me.
People all over the DFW metroplex are now able to enjoy the full hibachi experience in the comfort of their own homes. I love what I do because I love showing people a great time.
